A quick note to thank you and your team for the unforgettable evening we had on Monday the 25th, when we hired 3 of your machines. We just cannot stop talking about that night an have watched our little video a number of times now. Adrian is coming out to Florida again in about a week's time and I feel sure that he will come back to repeat the experience as I am sure both my self and Steve will when we return.

We made it back to the North and I just wanted to let you know you guys know how much fun we had on the bike we rented. We rode all day and had a blast. The bike was everything we dreamed of! Everyone was very helpful and friendly. We'll be back next year and you can bet we'll be taking the bike longer than a day. Thanks for making our first trip to Florida a memorable one.

First a note to say thank you for helping make our trip the best. The bike was great! The early morning ride with the sun coming up and the wind and no traffic was so peaceful. On February last I phoned and expressed an interest in Daytona Bike Week. Your staff went over and above the normal protocol in assisting me. I visited your shop and was very impressed by the care and maintenance of all of your bikes. There isn't anything in my opinion, that looks better than a Harley-Davidson that is taking care of. One of the last truly American symbols. Your staff at that time helped me pick out a pleasant route and actually made the reservations for my hotel stay in Daytona. I had called and was unable to do this myself because there were no rooms available. Your staff not only made my week memorable because of the fine machine I was able to ride but I had the finest of accommodation during my stay thanks to the staff.

Unfortunately, I don't experience enough of this perspective from many businesses today. So, when I do encounter good service, I take the time to acknowledge it. You exemplify what customer service is all about. Through your patience and dedication, you identify and address a client's needs. You have helped me explore opportunities to ride at places I couldn't normally take the time to get to. I just wanted to say thanks to you and your staff for your assistance building up to our bike rental, and for the friendly service on the day of our rental. We thoroughly enjoyed the recommended route through Pine Creek and had a great day. We found the transition from our 125cc motorcycles (legal limit of 150cc in Bermuda) to the much larger Harleys to be easy and we felt completely at ease on the bikes. We are already talking about when we will be able to do a longer ride. You can be assured that when we make plans, we will be contacting Blue Sky Motorcycles to arrange the rentals.
